We currently run one class a week for our beginner to intermediate juniors, two junior squad sessions, two adult classes and an adult randori session over two venues. If you are unsure which class is best suited to you or your child please contact us for more information.

How to become and stay fit and healthy

There's no fitness quite like judo fitness! Judo is both anaerobic and aerobic exercise and is calories worst enemy.

To face your fears head on

Whether you are afraid of falling, getting hurt or getting thrown around, you will learn to face those fears in a safe and supervised environment.



We will teach you the skills and help you build the confidence you need to use those skills to take care of yourself.
